BIB# - 1083
Race officially declared as 11.6 mile race instead of a 13.1 Half Marathon. Turn-around point on Shepard Road was at the wrong location causing the race to be 1.5 mile short.
At the beginning of the race, I stayed with the 1:30 pacer until the turn around point and then took off for a negative split. Heart rate monitor was giving me problems from the start. Somewhere around Mile 1 and 2, the thing fell off my chest and was sitting on my stomach. Took me a while to get the thing back on my chest and adjusted so that it didn't happen again. Overall a pretty good race and I might had been able to PR had the course not been short.
