Team Ortho Monster Dash race. Decided at the beginning not to race and paced my friend to a huge Half Marathon PR. Mile markers throughout the race just didn't seem to be consistent as I took a lap at each spot that the mile markers were located. At Mile 10, the time was 1:05:07 so I thought we had a chance to finish at 1:25:xx. Looking back, I see now that at Mile 10, the overall distance was only at 9.9 miles and so we had an extra 0.1 miles to cover that I didn't expect resulting in the times to be in the 1:26 range instead of 1:25. Overall impression of the course is that it is nice with a net downhill grade making it ideal for racing to a PR.
