Get in Gear 10K. BIB # 4021
Ran easy for the race as a test run for my leg. Broke out a new pair of shoes as I need all the cushion as possible. Kept the leg wrapped and ran with fellow teammate Tracey Patterson from the start till the end of the race. My friend Lisa who did the half also ran with us till the split off of the 10K/Half.
Overall, my leg felt fine and didn't swell. In the evening, there was some pain in the leg but it went away. Could be from me constantly rubbing and pushing it.
