TCM Training Water Stop#3. No one from the IR Team showed up.
Ran to Lake Harriet and around and upon returning to Lake Calhoun, another runner and I spotted a man having a seizure at the side of the road. Assisted him with his friends until the ambulance came. He seemed ok after coming around. His friends said this wasn't normal so hopefully it's not anything serious. Next, I ran into the fabulous Miss Tallen around Calhoun who is training for NYC. Decided to run with her for the rest of the run.
