Rained for much of the race. Started the race near the front but probably should have been closer as I needed to pass several people right at the start. Mile 1 was the slowest and I steadily picked up the pace. Felt the headwind after crossing Lake St. Bridge and making my way back to Minnehaha. Probably could have done better under had it not been raining and windy.
