Still having major shoe issues. Wore some padding on the top of my foot. All was well during the run until after 10 miles the top of my left foot started to hurt again. Ran further for another mile and then stopped. Realized that the gel padding on the left foot somehow fell off and was missing. I lost it somewhere on the path, probably at around Mile 10 as that is when my foot started to hurt. Made a re-adjustment on my shoe to make it home. Need to find some solution to the shoe problem.
