Notes

Mostly gave up MAF training today. Ate a handful of cereal and drank a few mouthfuls of Gatorade ahead of time; drank more Gatorade during the race; and obviously, ran well above MAF. Didn't push it that hard until the last few miles though. Negative split. First half was 61 minutes.
