Notes

Forgot Polar, so no HR. Kept the pace fairly slow, so I'm almost positive I was under MAF comfortably. Felt fine. Even though my last week was the recovery week, I'd meant to do a long run on Saturday or Sunday. But I had strained my left calf on Thursday's run; couldn't even walk without pain until yesterday.
