COMMENTS: MAF run #18. Gluts & hamstrings still sore from Sunday long run and/or Monday deep water running. Felt great, but HR kept creeping past 143. Thus, slower pace than I'd started expecting. Ate crummy food in the early afternoon, incl. pistachios and beef jerky. Probably not a good idea.
