COMMENTS: MAF run #13. Short run, because of a late start. Felt fine throughout. Didn't exceed 140 bpm until I got up to 6.1 or 6.2. Trying to run more upright. Hadn't eaten anything since salad night before. Was the faster pace due to the fact that I'd had 3 days break though?
Feel like I need to run longer and more frequently to see Maff progress.
