Lets face it, I am seriously lacking in motivation and time right now. I think I need to set an ambitious goal for the early spring, (maybe go for a fast 10k?).

And, while I have said this a number times, I really need to get the runs in before work. After work is always just too sketchy. Got up today, but man it wasn't much. I'm feeling pretty bad about myself right now. I need to turn this around.
