I was hoping to set a PR for 10k, but my legs had different plans. After mile 1, I felt that anything in the 7's was going to be to hard to hold. Mile 3, I settle into the 9's as my body had not recovered from Sunday's marathon.

5k Walkers and 5k/10k runners == Bad idea
