COMMENTS: Great run! I was going for speed today, shooting for between 8:30-9 mins/mile. But when I got out there, I was feeling good, so I pushed it a bit. It had rained about an hour earlier, so it was nice and cool when I ran.
I've decided to make my Wednesday runs sort of a pace/tempo run, and this was my first attempt. Very pleased with my speed today!
No pains either. Felt like I was running at about 80% effort.
