COMMENTS: Tough run. Felt very difficult from an aerobic standpoint, then my knee started hurting. By the end my left ITB was hurting nearly as bad as it was last week.
I think the road incline has something to do with it. My ITB hurt less when I switched to the right sidewalk.
I think I'm done for the year. Goodbye Baystate Half Marathon. :(
