Warmup for Zoom Through the Zoo. I decided to do a longer warmup than usual. Started at a slow pace, and around mile 1.5 started progressively picking it up to race pace (7:00/mi). I think it worked well. The only problem is that I started my warmup too early and was cool again by the time the race started.
