Very strong long run this morning on the marathon course. I didn't intend for this to be a workout, just a normal long run. But I've been reading Running With the Buffaloes, and it's gotten me psyched up to run hard. Went out at 8:15-8:20 pace and picked it up on the way back. Ended up doing basically a marathon pace long run. Did this out on the marathon course, starting at Wellesley and running west. Felt good today, though I was tiring toward the end.
