COMMENTS: Great run today. I felt like going fast, so I did. :) I felt very good, not too hard to keep up this pace. I think this is one of the fastest times I have for this route.
I think the way I normally do this loop is not quite 4.4 miles, actually more like 4.3. But I added on to the end today to make it 4.4.
