COMMENTS: Tough run, especially considering short distance and slow pace. I made a concerted effort to slow down from my pace the last few days.
Hip was bothering me, and I have a weird clicking sensation at the back of my left knee. The clicking went away after about 15 minutes, but my hip continued to twinge every once in a while. Ibuprofen, here I come!
