Goal for today was 4 miles at 7:30 pace. I really didn't want to run, but snow was coming and this was the only way to get this workout in. So out I went. Pace felt pretty difficult; I haven't run fast like this since Thanksgiving. But I got it done. Now I get 2 days off!
