I'm still sore from my hard workouts earlier this week, especially my tempo run Wednesday. My hamstrings are tight, too. I've been stretching every day. I think it'll be fine.

Run itself was fine. It felt very easy. Also, it was very warm, so I got to run in shorts and a light long sleeve top. Very nice!
