COMMENTS: Great run. Nice and cool, didn't feel like I was running too fast (could have run faster). No pain from shins or hip, a little discomfort in right knee.
Ran with the Muvo, listened to Podcasts. Tucked the headphone cord under my shirt. Worked well.
