Good long run today with the Tufts team. I did two loops around the lakes and up the hill. The first loop I had a good crew of Todd, Blaine, and Steve (we let Susan go ahead). Steve joined me for the second loop, so I had some company. Was pretty tired around mile 12 but got some water/Gatorade and felt much better. Overall, a pretty good long run.
