COMMENTS: Still very icy out from last week's snowstorm, so I ran most of this on the road. Despite a few crazy drivers who refused to give me any room to run, it wasn't too bad. I did have to walk over icy patches a few times when I had to move to the sidewalk. I turned off my stopwatch for those.
I had intended to keep my pace down, but that didn't happen. It felt kinda difficult.
