Notes
This was a horrible race. My goal was under 35 minutes, so sub-7 pace. I went out too fast and crashed hard. The last mile was 45 sec/mile slower than the first. Plus it hurt like hell. I felt lightheaded and my eyes wouldn't focus. Definitely the most painful race I've run.

Mile 2: 6:54
Mile 3: 7:08
Mile 4: 7.16
Mile 5: 7:36
I should have gone out more conservatively at 7:05 or 7:10 and run negative splits. At least it wouldn't hurt the way positive splits do.
