COMMENTS: Easy run on the treadmill today. It looked like it might rain, plus it was really hot outside. OK, I'm becoming a wuss. Anyhow, I kept the incline between 1-2% and shot for around a 9:30 pace. I felt fine, and the soft surface was probably good for my knees.
