Notes

Hurt the front of my left ankle today. I was running on the Cambridge side of the river and trying to cross Arsenal Street. It can be a long wait there, but there was an opening and I needed to sprint across. I think I overstrided and my heel hit first, pulling the muscle that I use to flex my foot. It hurt quite a lot, but I tried to run with it. It didn't get better within about 10 minutes, so I stopped and sat and massaged it. After that it felt a bit better, and I was able to finish the run.

Aside from the ankle injury, I actually felt great during this run. I kept my pace pretty even, and I never really felt tired. Just kept naturally running at 9:05, mile after mile. It was much better than last week or the week before.
