COMMENTS: Did the loop where I run up Summer, left on Glenwood, right on the big hill on Fellsway East, left on E Border Road, then back on Highland to Glenwood. The first part is very difficult with a long uphill up Fellsway East and continuing on E Border Road. But the end is all downhill.
I felt pretty good and felt like I was going fast. My hamstring has felt kinda tight since my hill workout last week. Need to keep an eye on it
