Notes
COMMENTS: Nice long run around Spot Pond. Started at the ice rink, ran up by the Stone Zoo, back down 28, back to the ice rink, then ran home. Felt good. Weather was perfect!
Times were as follows:
46:08 for 4.8 mi (loop back to ice rink) - 9:37 min/mile
16:30 for 1.8 mi (from ice rink home) - 9:10 min/mile
Have some stiffness on the inside-back of my left knee. Feels kinda like before. Need to watch that.
