5x1000m intervals today. I've been feeling fast lately, so I based my paces for today on a 20:59 5k instead of the 21:25 I was previously using. Unfortunately, I misread the page and used the (faster) paces for middle distance runners. Goal was 4:00.6-4:11.8 but really should have been 4:06.6-4:16.1.
Tried to stay toward the high end of the range. Felt all right. Difficult but all right. On my 4th interval a dude was running at about the same pace two lanes over, and I picked up my pace to stay with him. That one felt easier than the other intervals.
