Fairly tough intervals today. Goal was 4x1200m in 4:42-4:56. Went out too fast on the first one, as usual, but it didn't feel terribly hard. The others, which I ran slower, felt quite hard. Legs are probably a little tired from my "40 miles in 4 days" last week.
