Wow! Strong interval workout today. Goal was 3x1600m in 6:24-6:38 with 800m jogging recoveries. First rep felt OK, second hard. Wanted sub-6:30 for the 3rd. Was at 3:13-14 at 800m, then got into a "race" with another guy running intervals. He pushed me hard and I finished in 6:19! I ran the last 800m in 3:05-6! That's the fastest mile I've ever run. It was tough but I'm glad someone was there to push me.

It was cool tonight, and I think that helped a lot. Starting to feel more confident about getting my sub-20, especially once the weather cools down.
