COMMENTS: Good god is it hot. This was a very difficult run in the heat. I think what really got me was the sun beating down on me the whole time. Though it's just as hot at 7 pm, at least the sun is low in the sky. I tried to keep my pace in the easy zone, but it was still difficult.
