COMMENTS: Another extremely difficult run. Felt like quitting around the 20 minute mark, even though I felt like I was going very slowly. Started to feel better around the 30-minute mark, and finished OK.
I must still be getting over being sick. I can't think of any other reason why these runs would be so hard.
