Fairly tough run on a very cold day. I didn't want to run this too fast because I'm doing a tempo tomorrow, but Susan was having none of it. We went out fast and came back faster. Felt tired going out but better coming back. Is it a sign of age that it takes me 5+ miles to warm up?
Ran with Liz (not Steve's Liz, new Liz) for most of the way. Tried to catch Matt on the way back but couldn't do it. Was moving pretty darn fast toward the end.
