OK intervals tonight. Goal was 7x800 in 3:03-3:12 with 400m jogging recoveries.
Temp was a lot cooler, humidity was lower -- helped a lot. Legs still felt dead, though they actually felt better after the workout. Intervals felt difficult but I maintained the pace pretty well.
