COMMENTS: It's still wicked cold outside, so I ran on the treadmill again. I had been planning to do hills today, so I turned it into an interval workout. I warmed up for 10 minutes, then ran at 8:00 pace for 8 minutes, 11:19 pace for 2 minutes, another 8 minutes at 8:00, and another 2 minutes at 11:19. I felt great. I wasn't even that winded after my fast miles. I think this bodes well for my 5k next Sunday.
