COMMENTS: Very humid today, though the temperature was cool. Run was pretty good but tough. I need to learn not to be so competitive with other runners.
The Bike Path is pretty confusing, easy to veer off the path. I got lost going out by Alewife and again coming back on Rindge Ave. Went a little longer than I intended.
