Hardest strength workout (and start of the hardest week) of the training cycle. Felt hard but manageable. I had planned to keep the pace closer to 7:25, but I felt good and ran slightly faster. Pretty strong headwind on the first repeat.
Goal: 2 x 3 mi at 7:25/mi with 800 m recovery
Actual: 7:20/mi, 7:18/mi
