BT: Time trial intervals. 3x10 km building fromupeer zone 2-3 to upper zone 3-4 on each interval (5 minute recoveries). Flat to slightly rolling course. Challenge yourself with big gears. On time trial set-up. 85-100 rpm. Aero position.
