I was a little light-headed on the return trip on North Slope, so I slowed considerably to concentrate fully on the trail ahead.
This afternoon I read the post-operative wound care instructions before changing the dressing on my temple. It warned to "Avoid cardio for two weeks...(and) Avoid alcohol..." Oops, too late on both counts.
