Big Ridge with Diane, Lisa, Sydney, Gaven. And three dogs: Molly, Newton & Zepher. Gaven and I led throughout at a comfortable pace. Lisa is really suffering, and has an appointment with the Body Mechanic. I'm rewarding myself this afternoon with a Laural massage in Sebastapol.
