Race for the River in support of the Russian Riverkeeper. I didn't "race", treating it instead as a tempo run. The time is estimated because I didn't set my watch properly. Unfortunately I suffered a nasty fall while scaling a fence past the finish line, I sustained large patches of road rash on my right calf and thigh with cuts to my left knee and elbow. Also some soreness in my rib cage which is peculiar because I landed on my back.
