Tadd joined me for a weekday run after his client canceled a morning appointment. The weather was overcast and the trails were in good condition.
We started slowly but picked up the pace on the gravel road from the Frost Field to the Wohler Bridge. We slowed considerably when the distance got to us on the stretch run.
