Diane and I ran out of Riverfront, inside Foggy River Farm, along the Russian River, past ancient Gravel Ponds, through the Grand Canyon, and under the Osprey Nest before turning back. Our course was runnable despite the soft ground and pooling water in spots.
It may not have been prudent to run eleven miles this morning. But I like helping Diane prepare for racing the Mendo 50-miler with Lisa. Rather chance a little than be left in the car with poor old Ben.
