I was careful not to do too much while keeping the pace as safe as possible. My foot soreness improved with a day off. Might be sound enough for a trail run with Diane in the next couple of days.
Diane and Ken returned home from Nashville today after hooking up with Tropical John and Lisa for a short vacation. They reportedly indulged in lots of eating, drinking, and listening to good music.
