Moving forward. Some niggling in my bum hip after the second lap, but it settled down. And while there was increased tightening walking home, I was nowhere near lame. Credit to ice, heat, and painful deep tissue massage followed by a day off for rest.
I hope to run Saturday in the local Backbreaker 5K. I'll treat it as a Tempo run with the goal of finishing in around 24 minutes. I also plan to experiment using some secret sauce from my medicine cabinet.
