Ran some laps through a very light misting rain at the High School Track. I was surprised to register a high average heart rate at such an easy pace and no elevation.
My back, right hip, and hamstring were painful for a few steps after I started to quicken in the thirteenth lap. Sciatica? It was the first time all three complained in harmony.
