Exploratory run while in recovery mode around the County owned Shone Farm. Stumbled upon a really hidden wooded trail near a Ya-Ka-Ama campsite; will wait for company to find out where it goes out of safety considerations.
Legs were a little stressed, especially left knee. It was painful to roll IT band after getting home, calf too.
