Diane and I moved at a good conversational pace while running from the Healdsburg Wastewater Treatment Plant to just short of Rochioli Winery. We traversed vineyard work roads, ponds, and levees that protect farmland from Russian River flooding.
Legs were much more lively today, benefiting from recovery runs on Monday and Tuesday, then talking yesterday off.
