Lisa and Diane. Ran from Forestville to Graton to Sebastapol and a small out-and-back section of the Joe Rodota Trail. Diane picked up the pace in the last mile, and I suspect we could have run quite a bit further had time permitted. But I needed to quit in order to make a massage appointment with Laurel.
